Pre-Cleaning Checklist
Tasks to be done by the CLIENT before the Cleaners arrive.
General
Home must be completely empty — no furniture or items left behind.
Water and electricity must be turned on.
Remove all pets before we arrive.
Take out all trash and moving boxes.
Let us know if any areas should not be cleaned.
Kitchen
Empty all cabinets, drawers, and pantry.
Empty the refrigerator and freezer.
Empty the oven.
Remove all food and personal belongings.
Bathrooms
Remove personal belongings from cabinets, drawers, and under sink.
Remove bath mats and shower items.
Flush all toilets.
Let us know about any plumbing issues.
Bedrooms
Empty all closets.
Remove all personal belongings.
Remove any remaining furniture or large items.
